SHIPPING – CONSUMABLE ITEMS
Consumable items refer to batteries, domes, wax filters, tubes, receivers, crystal drying kit and electronic drying kit.
Online orders placed by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, unless an item(s) in your order is not in stock. If an item is not in stock, you will be informed by email on the expected date of delivery.
Orders up to the value of $75 are dispatched via Australia Post standard mail. Delivery timeframe varies depending on region, but standard is 3-7 days. See Australia Post for delivery timeframe calculator.

Hearing Aid accessories
Hearing aid accessories refers to streaming device, tv connectors, rechargeable devices, remote care loops, etc.
Hearing Aid accessories are not kept in stock. These items are custom ordered from the manufacturer based on an order placed by you.
Hearing aid accessories can take up to 14 days for delivery.
Orders with the value of $100 and higher are dispatched via Australia Post Parcel Post. Parcel Post is a trackable service to allow us to track delivery progress. Delivery timeframe varies depending on region, but standard is 2-7 days. See Australia Post for delivery timeframe calculator.

Hearing Aid
Hearing aid(s) are not kept in stock. These items are custom ordered from the manufacturer based on an order placed by you in conjuction with advice from our Audiologist.
For all hearing aid orders, we will contact you by phone to discuss your order and the custom components required. This will entail us receiving from you a copy of your hearing test (audiogram) and measurement of your ears to ensure the correct size tube, receiver (speaker) and dome is ordered.
Hearing aid(s) will be shipped either to your closest audiology clinic (for In-clinic service) or to you directly at home (for TeleHealth service).
