The  In-The-Ear (ITE) hearing aid sits in your outer ear. It hosts extra features than its other custom in-ear counterparts due to it's slightly larger size.

Hearing Services Program for Pensioners

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The government funded Hearing Services Program is available to eligible pensioners and veterans.

Before purchasing these hearing aids, we need to check your eligibility to ensure you can receive this subsidised device.

You must also attend a minimum of one appointment in person to one of our five clinics for an assessment before hearing aids can be prescribed.

The TONELINK APP is designed to give you the convenience of remotely controlling your hearing aids through an Android or Apple device.

The TONELINK APP covers key functions like changing programs, volume control, mute and change directional focus.

Streaming

Easily stream phone calls from your phone direct to your hearing aids with an Apple or Android device with a COM-DEX accessory.

Remote Link - TeleHealth only

Remote Link device is utilised for TeleHealth to connect your TeleHealth hearing aid to the Widex Remote Care APP on your phone/tablet.  The connection then allows the audiologist to program and fine tune settings on your hearing aid, all whilst you're in the comfort of your home.

*One in-clinic visit is required for ear examination and impression as hearing aid is custom made. *
