Payment is required on the day of your hearing appointment. We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and debit card.
Quotes and Trial Period
A written quote with the brand, model and style of hearing aid recommended will be provided to you to take home and view. We are available to discuss the quote with you at anytime should you require further information. All quotes are valid for 30 days.
If you wish to trial hearing aids, payment for the aids needs to be made before the trial commences. A full refund is provided if you decide not to keep the aids.
Trial period is two-weeks for all hearing aid prescriptions. During this time you are fully responsible for the care and maintenance of the hearing aid, including any loss or damages that occur to the aids.
We provide interest free payment plan options on selected hearing aid models. Terms and conditions apply. Please enquire with the front office staff or the audiologist at your appointment about these options.
If you have a health fund policy that includes audiology, you may receive a rebate on your hearing aids. Please check with your health fund for more details and all claims are to be made directly with your health fund.
HiCAPS is not available for audiology. Check with your health fund to see if you can receive rebate on your hearing test appointment.
We provide a tax receipt with the audiologists provider number for you to claim rebate with your health funds.
Patients with an Enhanced Primary Care Plan, or a referral from an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist can receive Medicare rebates by submitting their receipt to Medicare.
Office of Hearing Services Program
Pensioners and Veterans enrolled into the government funded Office of Hearing Services Program, and who have a current voucher are not charged for audiology appointments. This voucher also entitles you to fully funded hearing aids (selected models), or the subsidy can be applied to more advanced hearing aids models and you pay the ‘top up’ balance.
