Michael Gordon
Manager and Audiologist, Hunters Hill and Caringbah

Michael has worked in many areas of the Audiology profession both overseas and in Australia. He has spent several years working for the world’s leading hearing aid manufacturer as their Australian National Audiological Manager. His experience there enabled him to develop the purpose built audiology suites used across all of Totalcare Hearing’s clinics that exceed the demands of modern audiology. Michael has prepared and presented numerous educational development seminars for Audiologist in Australia as well as Asia.

Dakota Bysouth-Young
Audiologist, Bondi Junction

Dakota completed his Master’s degree at the University of Queensland. He has since been involved in all aspects of audiology including adult and paediatric assessment, complex rehabilitation, indigenous health initiatives, cochlear implantation, and vestibular assessments. He has also provided clinical supervision and training for intern audiologists. Dakota prides himself in ensuring your hearing loss is expertly treated with solutions that fit your hearing loss, lifestyle and budget.

Kathryn Owens
Audiologist, Caringbah

Kathryn is a shire resident who completed her studies at Melbourne University. She has experience in numerous environments including private clinics and hospitals, in adult rehabilitation and diagnostic testing. She has a keen interest in paediatrics and auditory processing.

Kathryn enjoys working with patients of all ages and is well respected and liked by her peers and patients alike.

Kathryn has a passion in the future to work as a volunteer in third world countries, with adults and children rehabilitation for those less fortunate.

Charlen Lavoie
Audiologist, Neutral Bay

After completing her training, Charlen gained comprehensive experience working in her native country of Canada, England as well as nearly 15 years in Australia. Her interest lies in all areas of audiology from paediatric diagnostics through to the treatment and rehabilitation of hearing loss. Charlen joined Totalcare Hearing in 2014 and her care and concern for her clients is shown in the positive outcomes they report.

Signe Peitersen
Audiologist, Neutral Bay

Signe has considerable experience working in both adult and paediatric audiology with a particular interest in paediatric assessment and diagnosis. Prior to joining Totalcare Hearing in 2012, she enjoyed many years working alongside an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. This provided her with invaluable experience in all areas of electrophysiological and balance assessments.

All our audiologists are current members of Audiology Australia and Australian College of Audiology, plus have accreditation with Office of Hearing Services.

Nancie Worthington
Clinical Coordinator, Bondi Junction

Nancie is originally from the US and has been in Australia for over 10 years. She has 30 years plus experience working in customer service and administration and enjoys helping people. Nancie is a big fan of anything Disney.

Jeremy Gordon
Clinical Coordinator, Neutral Bay

Jeremy started with our Neutral Bay clinic when it opened in 2011 and he has over 20 years’ experience in customer service and administration. Jeremy is well loved by all the Neutral Bay clients due to his dedication in ensuring all clients are well looked after.  He also enjoys a good conversation on any topic, which has many of our clients popping in just for a chat with Jeremy.

 

Julie Cacciola
Clinical Marketing Specialist, Caringbah

Julie has over 25 years of communications and marketing experience. Julie works closely with all our team members on all aspects of administration, human resources, communication and marketing. Julie loves working with all the clients and takes pride in ensuring each patient is treated to the best customer service. Julie enjoys educating current and new clients on the importance of hearing health.
