Michael has worked in many areas of the Audiology profession both overseas and in Australia, including several years working for a leading hearing aid manufacturer as their Australian National Audiological Manager. His experience there enabled him to develop the purpose built audiology suites used across all of Totalcare Hearing’s clinics that exceed the demands of modern audiology. Michael has prepared and presented numerous educational development seminars for Audiologist in Australia as well as Asia.
Accredited Audiologist, Bondi Junction
Dr Ally Kuperman, a long-standing audiologist in Bondi Junction and local resident of the Eastern Suburbs joined Totalcare Hearing in June 2019. Dr Ally has extensive experience in adult diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, tinnitus assessment and management, hearing aids prescription and counselling.
Dr Ally’s interests include tinnitus and hyperacusis, complex adult rehabilitation and musicians’ hearing services. Dr Ally has also been instrumental in providing new interns and masters students with training and mentoring. Dr completed her Doctor of Audiology in 2016.
Accredited Audiologist, Neutral Bay and Hunters Hill
After completing her training, Charlen gained comprehensive experience working in her native country of Canada, England as well as nearly 15 years in Australia. Her interest lies in all areas of audiology from paediatric diagnostics through to the treatment and rehabilitation of hearing loss. Charlen joined Totalcare Hearing in 2014 and her care and concern for her clients is shown in the positive outcomes they report.
Accredited Audiologist, Neutral Bay
Signe has considerable experience working in both adult and paediatric audiology with a particular interest in paediatric assessment and diagnosis. Prior to joining Totalcare Hearing in 2012, she enjoyed many years working alongside an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist. This provided her with invaluable experience in all areas of electrophysiological and balance assessments.
Accredited Audiologist, Caringbah
Kathryn is a Shire local who completed her training in Melbourne. She has since worked in adult rehabilitation and paediatrics, as well as cochlear implants at Totalcare Hearing.
Kathryn worked in the UK in 2019 as an audiologist in the NHS. She worked in adults and paediatrics, as well as training audiology students.
Kathryn has a keen passion for humanitarian work and travelled to Nepal as an audiologist in 2018, where she trained local Nepalese staff in audiology and ear health practices.
She plans to travel and continue her humanitarian work in the future.
Accredited Audiologist, Caringbah
Annie, originally from Brisbane joined Totalcare Hearing in June 2019. Annie’s love for language studies, psychology and medicine led her to complete Masters of Audiology Studies at the University of Queensland. Having worked in public hospitals, private practice and visits to residential homes, she has an engaging personality where she combines evidence-based problem solving skills with realistic outcomes for the clients.
Annie has experience with both adult and paediatric audiology. Annie’s strong desire to undertstand and meet the needs of the client and their hearing health, means she’s very attentive and it ensures her clients receive the best outcome. She also has a particular interest in paediatric audiology and enjoys creating fun and comfortable environment for the children whilst obtaining accurate results.
Accredited Audiologist, Hunters Hill
Before joining Totalcare Hearing in July 2019, Nick worked in Northen NSW, providing audiological services within a rural context. While, primarily experienced in adult rehabilitation, Nick is interested in the whole spectrum of audiological services, and finds great satisfaction in listening to, and assisting clients of any age or background.
Nick also has a background in jazz saxophone, still performing occasionally when given the opportunity.
All our audiologists are current members of Audiology Australia and Australian College of Audiology, and have accreditation with the Department of Health, Office of Hearing Services.
Clinical Coordinator, Bondi Junction
Nancie is originally from the US and has been in Australia for over 10 years. She has 30 years plus experience working in customer service and administration and enjoys helping people. Nancie is a big fan of anything Disney.
Clinical Coordinator, Hunters Hill
Shantee joined our Hunters Hill clinic in early 2018 and has 13 years’ of retail customer service experience. Shantee has quickly learnt about the world of audiology and what she can do to help our clients as the first point of contact. Shantee is very much loved by our Hunters Hill clients due to her bubbly personality and love for helping them. There isn’t a question, issue or problem to small or big that she will not tackle to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and experience.
Shantee’s first love though is for Hugo – her French bulldog.

Jeremy started with our Neutral Bay clinic when it opened in 2011 and he has over 20 years’ experience in customer service and administration. Jeremy is well-loved by all the Neutral Bay clients due to his dedication in ensuring all clients are well looked after. He also enjoys a good conversation on any topic, which has many of our clients popping in just for a chat with Jeremy.
